Ferring Recorded Music Society
A society that shares its love for classical music...
Ferring Recorded Music Society was founded in 1965. Ferring is a unique coastal village with a far-seeing outlook. Those who come to live here seem to share the love of the place and its surroundings and they also bring their interests and talents with them, such as their love for classical music.
If you enjoy listening to Classic FM and Radio 3 music programmes then you might like to join our recorded music society. Meetings are held on alternate Tuesdays from September until late April. At our meetings a member plays music that he or she would like to share. Often the composition will be new to you. We have the advantage of excellent sound reproductive equipment and our music is not interrupted by the telephone or mobile phones! Our meetings consist of two forty -five minutes of music with a social tea break half way through the evening.
Everyone is welcome to come and make new friends.
